From December 7, 2024 Perfect Money payment service stops servicing users from Russia and a number of CIS countries, including Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. This decision is due to changes in regulatory requirements, which complicate compliance with the legislation in these countries.

What does this mean?

Due to the changes, there may be delays in making payments in this direction or complete blocking of funds by the payment service itself. We recommend clients to timely withdraw funds from Perfect Money wallets before the specified date.

Withdrawal deadlines

• For clients from Ukraine the withdrawal deadline expires on November 30, 2024. After this date the accounts will be closed.
• For users from Russia and other CIS countries access to operations will be terminated on December 7, 2024.

We ask all users to take these deadlines into account to avoid possible difficulties.
