Complaints Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1 The terms and conditions of use of services of exchange, purchase or sale of electronic money on Kassa service regulate mutual rights and obligations of The Kassa inc LLC and customers using electronic money services.

1.2 By accepting and agreeing to the terms of service and confirming the User's registration with the Kassa service, the User registers for the provision of services related to the exchange, purchase or sale of electronic money.

1.3 The system registers the date and time of acceptance of the terms and conditions by the User.

1.4 By completing the registration, the User declares that he/she is familiarized with the Terms and Conditions at the moment of registration and that he/she expresses his/her unconditional consent to such terms and conditions. The User undertakes to comply with the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of registration. The Terms and Conditions are published on the Kassa service website: Kassa.cc.

1.5 The Agreement comes into effect from the moment of User's registration in the system and is valid indefinitely until the User or Kassa Service terminates the registration in writing in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

2 Definitions of Terms

2.1 Kassa Service (Service) - a system of Internet services for exchange, sale and purchase of electronic assets and electronic money.

2.2 The website of the Service - Kassa.cc

2.3. User - any natural person using the services of the Kassa Service and accepting the terms and conditions of the privacy policy and Cookies policy of the Kassa Service.

2.4. Partner - a person who provides services to the Service to attract new Users in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Partner Program described in this Agreement.

2.5. Partner payment system - software developed by third parties, which is a mechanism for issuing, selling or saving electronic valuables, electronic money and/or other obligations and payments for goods and services on the Internet and mutual settlements between Users.

2.6 Electronic Assets - a monetary and/or other obligation between the developer of a given electronic asset and its User, expressed in digital form.

3. User's rights and obligations when filing complaints

3.1 Users may file complaints about the Kassa.cc service related to the quality of service, deficiencies in the system operation, or other issues related to the use of services.

3.2 Complaints are accepted via a special form on the Kassa.cc website or by e-mail specified on the website.

3.3 The User undertakes to provide accurate data when filing a complaint.

3.4 The Kassa.cc Service undertakes to consider complaints within a reasonable time and provide answers to them.

4. Responsibility of Kassa Service

4.1 Kassa.cc Service undertakes to ensure reliable functioning of its services and to observe confidentiality of Users' data.

4.2 The Kassa.cc Service is not responsible for the actions of Users violating the Terms and Conditions, as well as for losses incurred by Users as a result of using the Kassa.cc Service.

4.3 The Kassa.cc Service reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions without prior notice to Users. Changes come into effect from the moment of their publication on the Kassa.cc website.
