Class action filed in New York court over negligence of cryptocurrency developers Nano. The victim, American Alex Brola, said that the company violated the basic rules of trading and released cryptocurrency to the BitGrail exchange. Subsequently, a little less than 17 million crypto assets were stolen from the exchange. Brol believes that Nano should repair the damage caused to investors and issue a new cryptocurrency. The Nano case is not the first in Silver Miller's history. They have previously resolved disputes on cryptocurrency platforms such as Coinbase, Kraken, BitConnect and others.
For BitGrail, this case will be the first serious lawsuit. Previously, the exchange operated autonomously and without serious control, now BitGrail works mainly with Nano. The creator of the BitGrail exchange himself announced the theft of Nano and apologized, offering to compensate the plaintiffs for damages. He attributed this to "unauthorized transactions" and declared bankruptcy.
